General Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR STAYING AT THE TENUTA SPECOLIZZI.
All accommodations are provided as part of a package that includes a typical Salento breakfast-brunch buffet, and daily cleaning and change of towels, plus a change of bed linen midweek.
During high and very high season the minimum stay is one week, with arrival on Saturday and departure on the following Saturday. During the low and mid seasons the duration of the stay is unfixed. In the event of arrivals and departures on Sunday, if so permitted by the Tenuta, a surcharge of € 20 will be applied.
In order for a reservation to be considered valid, it must be guaranteed by the payment of a deposit of a minimum of 30% (and a maximum of 50%) of the total price, and the balance must be paid immediately upon arrival at the Tenuta.
The guests who cancel their reservation prior to 30 days of arrival may reuse their deposit for agreed upon future date. No refunds are granted in the event of an interruption of the stay. Any advance paid for group bookings will be non-refundable.
Check-in is available from 4 pm to 8 pm, Check-out may be no later than 10.30 am.
The owners will reserve for their guests the specific room/apartment they have booked, but in the event of a force majeure may replace them with environments of equal comfort.
The Tenuta is entirely fenced off; however, every guest has free access to it at any hour of the day, and night, without having to be personally announced.
A remote control (to be returned in working order) is provided with the keys during Check-in for the opening of the entrance gate from afar, so that you can freely access the estate by your own means and reach your assigned parking spot.

How to use the services offered by Tenuta Specolizzi:
the use of swimming pools, located in different areas of the Tenuta and one of which is limited to adults only, is permitted only from 8 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
It is compulsory to take a shower and wear a bathing cap before entering the pool. Both pools are guaranteed to be open from Easter to October.
The SPA is open, upon prior reservation, from 4 pm to 8 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for free use by our guests of 18 years and older; for a fee, our staff is available for relaxing, regenerating and personalized massages.
Guests are expected to respect the tranquillity and regulations of the Tenuta and to have their children and/or companions respect them as well.
Small pets may be accommodated but must be announced immediately at the time of booking, as each "small guest" will incur an additional charge depending on the season. However, this additional charge will not exempt the owners of the payment of any damage caused by the animals and the cleaning of excrements and/or the like in places not intended for this function.
No claims or complaints will be considered valid unless they have been reported before departure in writing, with a countersigned receipt, or by registered post.
