Pajara Room
La Pajara is the only room that offers the experience of staying in a truly ancient building in Salento. This room in the midst of olive trees is detached from the main structure of the lodgings. The Superior Room is furnished with furniture made by local artisans and is perfect for those looking for larger spaces. The room consists of double bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa that, if necessary, can be replaced by one or two beds. The Superior is designed for both couples and families. The equipped outdoor patio is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Junior Suite
The 2 Junior Suites are the perfect combination for those who want large rooms, elegance and maximum comfort. All rooms are furnished elegantly and with attention to detail. Best customer service, nothing was too much trouble.
I don't think the staff could have gone further out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived without a car and given the hotel's location, we were a bit stuck. The staff went out of the way to source us bikes and even arranged for one of their friends to drive us to and from town one night. We really fancied pizza one day so the owner picked us up some on his way through town to save us travelling anywhere. I honestly can not recommend the hotel enough. The breakfast was also phenomenal and the pools were beautiful.

Perfect
We found this hotel by chance as we explored South Italy, and so glad we did. It was extremely quiet as it's out of season but that really suited us. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was continental and bakes that morning. The staff were so friendly and polite and we felt very lucky to have stayed here. It is a family farm and very well taken care of. 2 swimming pools and both were so inviting. We plan on returning.
